A 1 064 kWp system sits across the pitched tile roofs of a premium office park in Bryanston, architecture that makes a clean rooftop array genuinely difficult. GreenMatters designed the layout to fill the available roof plane while sitting within the campus’s lines, not fighting them.
Matched to the daytime demand of a full office park, it is modelled to generate around 1.55 million kWh a year, cutting the campus’s grid draw through the working day. For a property with many tenants, that means lower operating costs, a hedge against rising tariffs, and a visible sustainability credential that tenants increasingly ask for.
