Investment models

Three ways to fund the system.

Own it outright, share the investment with us, or pay only for the power you use. The engineering is the same either way. What changes is who carries the capital.

Choose your model

The same engineering, three ways to pay for it.

01

Outright purchase

You fund and own the system and take the full saving from day one. GreenMatters designs, builds and hands it over, with an optional O&M agreement to keep it performing. The lowest lifetime cost and the fastest payback for owners with the capital to invest.

Best for owners with the capital to invest.

02

Joint venture

GreenMatters invests alongside you in the installation and shares in the return, lowering your upfront outlay while still giving you a stake in the asset. It suits owners who want solar on the roof without carrying the full capital cost alone.

Best for owners who want a stake without the full capital cost.

03

Rental / PPA

No capital outlay: rent the system for a fixed monthly fee, or buy the power it generates under a PPA, while GreenMatters carries and maintains the asset. You start saving with no upfront investment, and the system stays our responsibility.

Best for owners who want to save with no upfront investment.
